@jilleduffy Especially where housing high and traffic is insane like here in Austin. Also you need to commit. If you are 100% WFH you make a decent space to work. Part / short time you probably will not. BTW 8 years WFH and never want to go back to an office.

@jilleduffy The main issues I hear against are from the rush to WFH. Done right almost no one wants to go back to in office. I should point out the main benefit of WFH to companies is less office space to pay for. So to see real ROI you need to scrape the part time BS.
